Description | This unit describes the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge to facilitate the outcome of a game or competition according to relevant rules and regulations. It includes the application of strategies to deal with disputes surrounding the outcome of the activity and self-reflection to review and analyse the conduct and outcomes of performance to modify and improve future performances. No licensing, regulatory or certification requirements apply to this unit at the time of endorsement. | ||

Learning Outcomes and Application | This unit applies to those working in a sport and recreation environment at a local, state or national level. It applies to coaching personnel whose responsibilities may include supervising practice sessions for athletes or participants in a sport-specific training or competition setting including schools and local sporting clubs. It may also apply to those working as competition managers or program developers who may be asked to step in and facilitate a game or competition. | ||
